Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

The following will make items ineligible for return:

• Hair that has been dyed, bleached, or chemically processed
• Bundles with the zip tie removed or cut
• Hair that has been cut, trimmed, or altered in any way
• Hair with any odor (including smoke, perfume, or product scent)

Refunds are issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

If items are not in their original condition, they will be returned to the customer, and shipping fees will apply.
